The show I watched was Making the Band 4 season 3..(Kind of like American Idol)P Diddy

This show is about the groups Danity Kane, Day 26 and Singer Donnie Klang.These groups were made on previous seasons of making the band(Sean Combs)

a rapper with Bad Boy Records decides the groups. This season

the show shows them preparing for tour, on tour and after tour.

It shows the struggles they go through for the tour and the drama

the groups go through.

In this episode P Diddy has a meeting with Danity Kane. He

says you guys have done very well on tour and I ‘m very proud

of you. But he's not sure the future of the group. First he addresses

Andrea, bringing up an old email she sent him a few months

ago, saying she wants to leave the group. She said she was

going through a tough time along with dealing with being in a

singing group.

Then he spoke to Aubrey and said I received an email saying you

were fed up with the group too. She says she wasn't fed up with

the group but just there were problems being in the group. She

said she was going to speak for everyone. She said they haven't

had respect from management. She said that the group doesn't

trust each other. She said the group will hear stuff from other

people that P Diddy wants' to make the group Dream Girls and

make Dawn (singer in group) a solo artist. Then she said, I don't

think anything can exist with out communication not a marriage

or a group.

Then P Diddy mentioned there are cliques within the group of five

people. He said Aubrey and Andréa don't even speak to each

other (they used to best friends) then he asks Dawn what she

thinks the problem is and that she should tell the truth. She say's

almost the same thing Aubrey said, that all five of us females

don't trust each other and you can't have a group that doesn't

trust each other. She said sometimes the group talks sometimes they don't talk for weeks. She said when they have red carpet events they are never together. Just cliques of them. Then she say's we don't like each other and that's the honest truth of Danity Kane. I would say P Diddy is like W.E.B Dubois because he would like to see a change. He basically wants everyone to talk to each other, get along and have unity with each other if they are going to be in a group together. Also he invested lot money in to the group so that could be one reason he doesn't want it to fail.

P Diddy said that emotions will make you poor .Basically if they don't get together they won't be a group for long. He also said you guy's an always want to make me look like the bad boy on TV. (No pun intended)He said it's your fault if you guys don't work out, it's not my fault. He said you guy's were blessed with an awesome oppurtunity.He said;" it could be taken away, not by mighty Puff Daddy."(His other name) but by them. Then he told everybody, he didn't want to tell them what he was doing but, that Dawn (another member of the group) was recording some demos for his new album. Dawn didn't tell the group before the meeting. Then Aubrey said, I think you should communicate to the label and to the group. So we won't be insecure, just hearing rumors. Then Diddy, said,"I don't think I was doing anything fowl." Aubrey said," If you can just communicate better then."No, I don't have to do that." She said,"just no communication then". He said," I don't have call Aubrey ... She said,"You don't have to call me just communicate between Danity Kane and the label." He said I didn't tell you guys because of press reasons. She said, so you don't have to communicate with us and when we are working on the group, we will never know when you make a move?" He said,'' you don't, that's the beauty of America, you can leave." He said," If you don't like how I do business you can leave." He said," I didn't work that many years to have you talk to me this way, so you can leave." He also said," Any one that wants to go can go with her." Everyone was quiet. So that could be the end of Danity Kane. I hope not. The next show is the finale and will tell if they will stay together or not.P Diddy or Sean Combs is like W.E.B. Dubois too, because people didn't always agree how he did things. Obviously that's a problem with Aubrey in the group and other too sometimes.
